The Peggy Hill Team was a great choice for selling our home. Our agent Jeff Hoyles was very knowledgeable with both the buying of our new house and the selling of our old house. Jeff carefully listened to what our needs were and this helped tailor a custom report. Then, Jeff took us through many houses, and always was there to answer questions about windows, furnaces, electrical etc. With the selling of our house, he went extra steps to re-negotiate with all the relevant parties to help us get what we needed to afford our new mortgage. I just wanted to tell you about my experience with Alicia Russell, the Peggy Hill Stager, who helped me stage our home in before we listed in for sale. Alicia was fantastic. I have never dealt with a stager before and I was nervous about what to expect when she entered our home. Alicia was very professional and easy to talk to. She went through each room offering subtle ideas or suggestions about how I might consider changing things. At no time did she tell me what had to change, she just made suggestions. She didn’t make me feel like she was being critical of our home at all. By the end of her visit, I was totally comfortable with her. She was a joy to deal with.
