I recently purchased a home in the Wasaga Beach area and had the pleasure of working with Jim Ruddy. I appreciated receiving both the positive as well as issues that each home we looked at had. We used Peggy and her team to sell and buy a home. Words cannot describe how lucky we were to work with Peggy and her team. I would highly recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat.

Our home was on the market for almost five years. We went through various agents, only to be further disappointed and discouraged as time went by. It seemed hopeless. The previous agents lacked professionalism and did not understood our needs and how we thought our home should be marketed.

I have bought and sold over 15 properties, and while I have had good service in the past, no one can measure up to the professionalism, energy, enthusiasm and caring Peggy delivers.
