About Peggy

My local repeat and referral business and trusted network of colleagues and other industry professionals was built through being approachable, knowledgeable, honest and real since my first day as an agent. This, along with my desire to help my friends, family, and neighbours reach their goals has contributed to my success since starting my real estate career in 2003. 

My compassionate personality, innovative marketing, and unparalleled knowledge of Simcoe County’s real estate market allowed me to excel instantly. As CEO of Re/Max Hallmark Peggy Hill Group Realty, I lead a successful team dedicated to providing clients with the highest level of customer service.

I am continually striving for The Peggy Hill Team to be the real estate team of choice for home buyers and sellers in Simcoe County and surrounding areas.

I am an active member of the community and believe in consistently contributing and supporting the community where we live, work, and raise our families. In 2019, I committed $100,000 to the YMCA of Simcoe/Muskoka’s ‘100 Reasons Y’ campaign providing financial assistance for children, youth and adults to access YMCA programs. 

I also sponsor the Barrie Food Bank, Autism Ontario, Gildas Club, and Hospice Simcoe. The Peggy Hill Team is a Miracle Office that donates a portion of the sale of each home to the Children’s Miracle Network, raising funds to support local children’s hospitals.

Outside Of Real Estate

In addition to running a successful business with my husband Doug, I am a devoted mother of three and a loving grandmother to three beautiful children. I am passionate about my family, team, and the real estate industry.
