About Alysha
Alysha is a Sales Representative & Team Member who works with both buyers and sellers. Her friendly demeanor and love of connecting with new people helps her excel in making real estate transactions a pleasant and stress-free experience for her clients. Although Alysha successfully represents all buyers and sellers, she especially loves working with first-time buyers as she finds it fulfilling to educate and help them through one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
Prior to receiving her Real Estate License in 2017, Alysha completed a 2-year Police Foundations diploma and one year of Psychology at York University.
When Alysha isn’t working she loves to stay active by going for walks, doing yoga, and paddle boarding. Alysha has a passion for giving back and enjoys volunteering with charities that are committed to helping the less fortunate.
As a former rep soccer player, Alysha thrives in a competitive environment and brings a passionate competitive spirit to all that she does, ensuring that she doesn’t stop until she’s done the absolute best job for her clients.
Barrie has been home to Alysha since she was just four years old and so she is incredibly knowledgeable about all that the city of Barrie and Simcoe County have to offer.

To say that it was an absolute pleasure dealing with Alysha Alcaide and the Peggy Hill Team would be a gross understatement! From our very first meeting with Alysha, we sensed that we were in very professional, capable and competent hands. She eased us into the selling experience after sensing that we were unsure of what to expect. Alysha at no time pressured us; in fact she simply stated that she was there to support us if we decided to go ahead with the sale, and if we decided not to, that was okay as well – she just hoped we would remember her when we felt we would be ready to begin the process. Her bright smile, cheery attitude and knowledge of the market made the decision an easy one. After deciding to list, we marvelled at the beautiful photos, the wonderfully worded listing, and the amazing support system that is the Peggy Hill Team. As one can imagine, we were very anxious booking showings during COVID, but once again Alysha and the team thought of every little thing – from a sign on the outside of the door informing anyone entering that masks were required, to a welcome table inside the foyer providing potential buyers and agents with masks, gloves and hand sanitizer. Alysha went through the house after showings and wiped everything down thoroughly with Lysol wipes, so that we, as owners, were able to feel safe and secure.
