Our experience with Nina Fortin & The Peggy Hill Team has been amazing. The help that they provided us with the purchase of our new home and then sale of our existing home has been second to none. When we purchased our dream home without even having our existing home listed for sale, we were really nervous that we wouldn’t be able to get everything done in time, but Nina assured us it would be fine, and it was. Alicia came for a walk through and gave us some great pointers, new paint colours and lots of awesome staging advice, and after a week of hard work our house looked beautiful, and was ready for sale. Matt came and took so many incredible pictures and then our listing went live on a Thursday. We had so many showings booked and by Sunday afternoon, after our first open house, we ended up with 6 offers! We had a sold sign on our lawn by the following Thursday, just one week after listing. And our house sold for almost 10% over our asking price. We are thrilled! The little touches that Peggy’s office provides are also great, the helpful information they have given us has been the icing on the cake. I even got an email the other day letting me know what the garbage day schedule will be at our new house! Things like that show how much they really care about their clients. As first-time home buyers, purchasing your first home can be nerve-wracking especially in the current market! The Peggy Hill team and our realtor Christine gave us a seamless experience from the start. Peggy Hill and her team have been amazing! We had our house listed (with another agency) all of last summer with no sale. At the end of that very long and painful process we contacted Barrie’s #1 seller Peggy Hill for help to prepare the house for listing again in the spring. Within days she had lined up herself and Skye for a walkthrough visit where they feverishly made notes and reported back with two pages of suggestions to help the house sell. We worked all winter painting, renovating and staging in time for a mid-April listing. Peggy and Skye were genuinely thrilled with all our work and very excited to get the house on the market. After 2 weeks of showings and one open house we got a call from Peggy wanting to pop in. We seriously thought she was getting us ready for the “we better drop the price talk” when she said “you have an offer”. Sharing in our excitement of the offer and stress of an unusual inspection used to try and reduce the offer, Peggy backed us up all the way. On the last day of the conditional offer, we hadn’t heard anything and assumed the offer was null and void. So to arrive home and see the sold sign was thrilling to say the least. I would like to compliment the Peggy Hill Team for such a fantastic job they did with setting our house up for sale.It began with the first meeting with your realtor, Abbey McIntyre.She was one of the three agents that we invited into our home to meet and decide who would best fulfil our needs as well as our trust. Abbey fit the bill perfectly. She led us through the process and was very patient with us as we are seniors and not too great on the computer. She walked us through everything needed.

Your stager was a godsend in helping us declutter and show our home at it’s best. The photographer did a remarkable job with the pictures. We are also buying a smaller home and I did remark to Abbey that the pictures displayed on the homes we were looking at in Sandy Cove in Innisfil were inferior compared to your photos. A lot of the times the viewing was a nice surprise as the pictures were not that impressive. Donna, Customer Client Care has been wonderful in answering all our questions and providing us with all the material we will need to complete our sale and move without a hitch.
