I found Peggy to be very “real” in that she understands how important and stressful selling a house can be to the seller, and is attentive to the small details that make the process less daunting. She is straightforward and easy to talk to. She also responds very quickly to any inquiry, which sends the message that no matter what the price point of your house, you are an important client. This has not been my experience with other agents, where clients selling higher priced houses get more attention.
