Kate Klark is an amazing real estate agent, and fantastic person!
My partner and I wanted to thank Kate Klark for being an amazing agent in our house search. We had been looking at purchasing in the Angus area in the past, but then decided last minute that we wanted to rent. I contacted the Peggy Hill team because there was a rental we wanted to see and by the next day we were hooked up with Kate, who showed it to us the day after, and we were filling in the paperwork the day after that! Kate was amazing. She answered texts back right away, found out our answers, helped us coordinate all the paperwork while we were all busy with our jobs, and helped us win our rental war. Kate herself was and is so approachable and friendly and it felt like we knew her forever. She was great with my 7 year old who is normally quite shy, and clicked right away with my parents as well. We would love to have Kate help us again in the future as you can’t find this connection all the time. She is an amazing real estate agent, and fantastic person! Thank you Kate!!!
