We are having a wonderful experience with Nina Fortin and the Peggy Hill Team. We sold our home in Northern Ontario and needed to find a home in Barrie quickly. We called Nina, left a voicemail and she returned our call promptly. We explained our situation and received a list of possible homes. After further discussion, we arranged to tour several homes and made an offer which was accepted. Nina and the Peggy Hill Team were very helpful in providing names of various house inspection firms, movers, lawyers etc. for us to contact, select and arrange for service. The team is continuing to assist us with moving supplies and in organizing our move, setting up utility services, etc. This is turning out to be an exceptionally pleasant experience for us.
