Another SOLD Sign Went Up On Our Property
Where do I begin? I will begin 7 plus years ago on Lake Couchiching. The cottage next door to ours went up FOR SALE and within days it was SOLD!! Shortly afterwards, we were having to sell ours and so I enquired as to who had been our neighbours Real Estate Agent. DARREN JOHNSON was the name we were given. We listed our property soon after with Darren and once again, within days, our property was SOLD!! Fast forward a few years to Innisfil and yet another listing with Darren. Within 3 days another SOLD sign went up on our property! Darren then negotiated the Purchase of our current home in Barrie. Darren has since acted as Real Estate Agent for both of our daughters and the Purchases of their new homes! Darren does his job with ease and diligence as should be expected with all Real Estate Agents. However In my opinion, what sets Darren apart from the rest is his ability to multi-task for his clients; whether it be their concerns, demands, or fears, (there are never any silly questions), and he is always readily available!!
