An A Score
Overall I give Peggy and her team an “A” Score. We appreciated having the help of a few different people at one time. If one person couldn’t give us an answer another person could. Everything from the help offered by the Stager and Photographer to the photo booklet that showed our home was amazing and definitely helped with the sale of the home.
All the pictures and video made our home stand out from the rest and helped us get as many showings as fast as we did, resulting in the quick sale of our home. We ended up making $5000 above our asking price because of two different people wanting our home. I do think it was a lot to do with how the house was presented through the videos and booklet offered to us that made the home look awesome.
Your team seems to have a great plan from start to finish on how to help and make a person sell and buy a home with ease. I appreciate working with Darren to help me find a home. He has showed patience and understanding which is a quality every Agent should have while working with customers. He was great at finding me a home and getting me in to see it quickly which resulted the quick purchase of the home before anyone else could beat me too it. I look forward continuing working with him until my house is closed and I am finally moved in.
