Peggy Made It Happen!
I first want to thank the team for all your hard work and appreciate everything you have all done for me. Thank you Terry for working so hard at selling my home and getting me a price that I did not think I would get. I was very worried after the sale of my home and didn’t think I would find something that I wanted in my price range. A home that I was very interested in had recently dropped its price, I really didn’t think it was possible as it was still slightly over my price range. Peggy encouraged me to go for it. We then found out there was another offer that was submitted. I didn’t think I had a chance but thought I would give it a shot. Peggy made it happen! I am still pinching myself and am so excited!
