Our experience with the Peggy Hill Team was exceptional from beginning to end. We were lucky enough to have Jeff Hoyles as our agent and he was amazing. From the moment we met him, we felt comfortable. We had been in our home for almost 20 years and decided to downsize into a condo, and Jeff made the transition so much easier for us. We had endless questions which he responded to immediately. His knowledge of the market helped us receive multiple offers, above our asking price. We would also like to thank our stager Alicia who is excellent at her job and a pleasure to deal with. Our photographer did an incredible job, and Donna from the Client Care Team is always there to answer any questions and kept us up to date.
