The Peggy Hill Team was a great choice for selling our home. Our agent Jeff Hoyles was very knowledgeable with both the buying of our new house and the selling of our old house. Jeff carefully listened to what our needs were and this helped tailor a custom report. Then, Jeff took us through many houses, and always was there to answer questions about windows, furnaces, electrical etc. With the selling of our house, he went extra steps to re-negotiate with all the relevant parties to help us get what we needed to afford our new mortgage. The Peggy Hill Team provided great communication throughout the process and helped us with providing recommended vendors that were very reliable and provided quality service for whatever our needs were. We have a tendency to put things off, and never get to them – Jeff ensured we stayed on track with our deadlines and this was greatly appreciated.
