One of the perks of using her service is that she provides a home stager who comes to your house and guides you on how to make it look it’s very best. In our case, we had the pleasure of working with Alicia Russell. The moment she entered our home we knew she was something special! She took great care in walking us through each room, gave us suggestions (using all of our own things) and took detailed notes for us to refer to after she was gone. We just purchased our first house. We used Abbey from the Peggy Hill Team. The experience is still ongoing and continues to be a good one. Abbey listened to what we were looking for and did not get frustrated as we went back and forth about wanting to look at houses or not during the current pandemic. She also didn’t mind when we would change our minds about location and essentially send her back to the drawing board. We have asked Abbey to inquire about moving up the closing date. We were given contact to the Peggy Hill Team through my brother who is a realtor in the Oshawa area. We have become empty nesters and decided it was time to down-size and get ready for our retirement home in the country.
