This Is What Our Clients Are Saying

Laura found us literally the PERFECT house and sold our home in record time. HIGHLY recommend the Peggy Hill team!

As a first time home-buyer, I was relieved at the level of contact and involvement I received from Peggy Hill & Associates. Terry took the time to get to know me, so we didn’t waste time seeing properties that didn’t fit my housing needs. During our viewings, I was impressed at the no-pressure approach to finding the right house.

Best of all, I received honest feedback on the state of each property. With this being my first purchase, it was nice having a realtor who could speak to the market.

Skye, thought I’d drop a few lines to let you know what’s up. Well first of all, I had some excellent news from Peggy today, the house sold, AWESOME and I instantly thought of you and the amazing job you did on staging our house. Your staging had a definite impact on the amount of attention our house received Thanks Again.

Myself and my young family very recently moved from the UK to Barrie and we were finding it extremely difficult to find a rental that suited our needs. After speaking to Kevin Dodds we realized that we needed some help. He quickly found us a number of properties to view and more importantly he stopped us wasting our time on ones that were not right for us. Kevin is very knowledgeable, honest and helpful and we are very grateful that we now have a place to call home.

We have a Modular Home in Wasaga Beach and it was up for sale for over 5 months with another agent and only one low ball offer over $ 30,000 under the market value. Then we decided to hire the Best in the Business, The Peggy Hill Team. Our Home was sold in 5 days for Market Value. Now we get to celebrate the Canada Day weekend with no stress at all thanks to The Peggy Hill Team. God Bless to our agent Jonathan Fieldhouse and his Family for his Great Work selling our home. P.S The Peggy Hill team too.

In the past 18 months we have both sold and purchased on two separate occasions with the Peggy Hill Team. Our agent Michael Gleason guided us through the steps exemplifying professionalism with his expertise and knowledge of the market. The Peggy Hill Team is truly a team of qualified, dedicated individuals in all their diversified areas that lead us through the process from beginning to end. The entire team is attentive to every detail in this process from marketing, staging, administration to firming up the deal. The only team in town you want working for you! Thank you to the Peggy Hill Team.

Our experience with Peggy’s team and in particular Nina Fortin was absolutely first class. From the first time we met Nina she explained the whole process to us and gave us clear answers to our questions. As the sale of our home proceeded we were kept very well informed and all emails, texts and calls were responded to very quickly. When looking for our new home Nina was able to show us plenty of options and was always able to accommodate our schedule for viewings. We will definitely use Peggy Hill in the future. Great job.

Awesome experience dealing with Jim Ruddy! I would highly recommend him to anyone reading this. Jim is a down to earth, true professional and he is there 100% for you. Jim, thank you very much for your assistance in my purchase.

Todd Piirto did an amazing job helping sell our home and buy our dream home! Would definitely recommend the Peggy Hill Team for any real estate needs!

We recently listed our home for sale with the Peggy Hill Team. One of the perks of using her service is that she provides a home stager who comes to your house and guides you on how to make it look it’s very best. In our case, we had the pleasure of working with Alicia Russell. The moment she entered our home we knew she was something special! She took great care in walking us through each room, gave us suggestions (using all of our own things) and took detailed notes for us to refer to after she was gone. We took great care listening to everything she had to offer and let me just sayâ it clearly worked!! The day our home hit the market we were given TWO offers!! I would HIGHLY recommend using both the Peggy Hill Team as well as Alicia Russellâ she really was the difference between selling our home quickly vs. having it sit on the market!

I can’t say enough about the Peggy Hill Team, It is the ONLY Realtor you need to consider. I tried another and after 4 months removed from the market, very disheartened. Todd Piirto met with me and the rest is history. the house sold in a week after 31 viewings.

Jonathan did his best to get our parents home sold. Good job Jonathan and the Peggy Hill Team!!

Right from the start, Peggy, June and the whole team far exceeded our expectations. To the timeliness of our initial meeting; the stunning showcasing of our home; the organized and efficient manner in showing it; to the ease in completing the transaction. And, as if that wasn’t enough – the thoughtful and generous personal touches (special cookies, gift cards and packing supplies). Wow – we were blown away! We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the Peggy Hill Team to anyone that values outstanding customer service.

Portia Hammer is a fantastic agent to work with.. she offered good advice and always had our best interests at heart. She went above and beyond to help us buy our dream home. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of “silly” questions and concerns. She answered all of our questions and explained everything to the dot. She is an amazing agent and I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you for all your help and thank you to the entire Peggy Hill Team.

The Peggy Hill team is so hard working, keeping you up to date constantly. Thank you so much Terry and team for setting our mind at rest, and doing what you do best! Our house sold in a week with three offers, and sold over our asking price. We most definitely recommend The Peggy Hill Team!

We had the pleasure of working with Abbey McIntyre of the Peggy Hill Team who made everything easy, smooth, and took away a great deal of stress. Abbey also took the time to set us up with Shawna Harrison of the Mortgage Wellness group who handled everything with the mortgage. Working with these 2 ladies was a fantastic experience. I strongly recommend all of the above. If and or when I am in the position for any real-estate or mortgage wants or needs, I will be returning to all of the above.

Our agent Nikki Chartrand was terrific and Peggy Hill provides great expertise to support our sale. It was very reassuring to have someone with Peggy’s experience and depth of knowledge on our team. Thank you!

Our only regret is that we did not use The Peggy Hill Team to sell our home last year. June has been incredible to work with, and she did everything that she said she would, and more. Our investment property sold within one day and for over our asking price. June and the rest of the the team have been efficient, knowledgeable, available, helpful and considerate of our schedules and those of our tenant. They use up to date technology and are incredibly organized. June is such a warm and friendly lady and we have enjoyed having a good laugh with her – a welcome surprise in a business relationship! What a fantastic team of realtors, photographers, administrative assistants, sales representatives, and listing coordinators. Thank you June and The Peggy Hill Team!

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank Peggy and her team. Everyone there is very professional, down to earth and helpful. Not only were they great to deal with, they know how to find the right buyers. My house sold in less than 1 week.

Thanks so much…have shared my positive experience with many people already!

My husband and I could not have been more pleased with our experience with the Peggy Hill team. Being first time home buyers, the whole process was new to us. We made a phone call to the Peggy Hill team to view a property that we had found online, and Tanya was extremely helpful and supportive, and there with us the rest of the way. She was very quick to set up a viewing, was constantly available to communicate next steps, and ensured we were comfortable and well informed as we found and purchased our first home. Tanya’s availability and efficient work ethic, really made us feel at ease through the entire process, thanks again for everything!

This team really is a team. Todd Piirto was our Realtor, and we couldn’t have asked for a better fit. Our personalities meshed right from the get-go, he was such a hoot to deal with. Todd is a real person who will tell you what you don’t want to hear; he’s not a used car salesman just trying to make a quick buck at someone else’s expense. My husband and I found the perfect home, and Todd was fantastic all throughout the process. We never felt out of touch or neglected, and he took the time to answer all our questions and field our concerns. He was also extremely helpful in helping us sell our condo. Everything went down on a very tight timeline, and it all worked out! The rest of the team was also super, we had so many people working for us and on our side! I’d definitely recommend this team of people. They work hard for their clients, and they’re also a lot of fun.

Initially we were a bit apprehensive about using the same agent for both the sale and purchase of our homes. Peggy and Donna quickly put our concerns to rest. They provided sound advice and integrity on both sides of the negotiation, making the process simple and stress-free. They earned our complete trust and closed a deal on the sale of our home that exceeded our expectations. I would happily recommend them to anyone requiring real estate services.

As first time sellers we were feeling overwhelmed with the selling process. The Peggy Hill Team came highly referred to us and we made the decision to contact them. We are so glad that we did and will undoubtedly use them in the future! From the office staff, our stager – Alicia and our agent- Terry, we were thrilled with how knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant everyone was. We were very intimidated by the concept of having a stager and thought it unnecessary for an entry level town home like ours. When Alicia showed up at our home we had no idea what to expect. She was simply wonderful. She went through room by room making suggestions to improve our home. At no time did we feel like she was judging our style or home. She opened up our space immensely and made it look stunning! Everything we purchased for staging was something that could come along to our new home and practical. She welcomed pictures and answered questions even after she had left. Our advice to a first time seller is use a stager! The difference Alicia made to our home was incredible! There truly are no words to express how much we adored our agent Terry. From the moment we met her and she sat down to play superheroes with our 3 year old son we knew that she was a great match for our family! Terry guided us through the selling process, she was available to us whenever we needed her and left no question unanswered. Terry brought the perfect combination of experience, professionalism and fun to our selling experience. Our home had it’s first offer within hours of the photos being taken and sold firm in less than a week for over asking price. Terry said it perfectly – while we are so glad our home sold so quickly we were sad that our time together was so short! Without hesitation we would recommend the team to anyone!

We just purchased our first house. We used Abbey from the Peggy Hill Team. The experience is still ongoing and continues to be a good one. Abbey listened to what we were looking for and did not get frustrated as we went back and forth about wanting to look at houses or not during the current pandemic. She also didn’t mind when we would change our minds about location and essentially send her back to the drawing board. We have asked Abbey to inquire about moving up the closing date. Even though we haven’t received an answer yet Abbey remains in contact with us to let us know she is still “on it” and trying to get us an answer from the sellers. We have also received e-mails offering additional services to help keep us on track with everything that needs to be done when buying a new house and moving. Thank you to Abbey and the Peggy Hill Team for all your hard work.

Our selling and buying experience was needless to say both emotional and stressful. However both Alyssa and the whole Peggy Hill team always helped to keep us smiling and move forward throughout each step. They truly cared for us and helped us get the dream home we wanted and to sell our existing home for the value we wanted. The whole team was wonderful. Alyssa is the best…she is very thorough and extremely professional. She wears her heart on her sleeve. She is encouraging and gets things done right. Thank you Alyssa and the whole Peggy Hill team.

We were given contact to the Peggy Hill Team through my brother who is a realtor in the Oshawa area. We have become empty nesters and decided it was time to down-size and get ready for our retirement home in the country. Skye Woolston was our go-to person assigned to us through the Peggy Hill Team contact. She picked up immediately on our wants and needs and was showing us properties that were in our wheelhouse. We learned quickly that the market is very fast paced and you need to move sooner rather than later. Skye was very instrumental in helping us finally find our new home. She sent us the listing for our new home via email with the subject title “I think this is you guys ” and it turned out she was right. We were the first people to see the house and immediately put in the offer. To our surprise there was also another offer from another couple who saw the house after us. In the end we secured our new home in the country and cannot wait to take ownership. We held off selling our existing home of 16 years until after we found our new home. The Peggy Hill Team provided all the tools to set up our house from the staging through to the marketing. Our house went on the market on a Wednesday afternoon and by Thursday morning we already had 2 offers and now have a SOLD sign on our front lawn. Even after all is said and done the Peggy Hill Team is still supporting us with the closing of our home to the move into our new home. They went so far as to offer us boxes, labels, tape and markers to pack up for our move, what a great service we would never have thought to exist! We would recommend the Peggy Hill Team to anyone looking to buy or sell your home. Thanks Skye for being there through our whole buying / selling experience 🙂

I am not sure how I will ever be able to truly show you how much I appreciate your team and especially how much I appreciate you!! These past 18 months have been very difficult and I just want you to know how much your compassion and support meant to me. I thought that selling this house and moving on would be hard, and it was, but you brought a calmness and comfortable feeling to the whole process and for this I will forever remember and appreciate. I don’t know where the next chapter in my life will take me, but I am cautiously optimistic and I am hoping for the best. This world needs more people like you Peggy, you are wonderful!!

I was very happy with my experience with the Peggy Hill Team. My agent (Jeff Hoyles) was very communicative with me during the entire process and we worked together to get my property sold in a timely fashion for a price that, while not what we originally listed at, was suitable.

I would like to thank you and your associates for the quality and professional service everyone provided me with selling my home.

Your attention to detail and marketing is superb. Your follow up after every showing, informing me of comments both from Realtors and potential buyers was interesting and helpful.

I am already letting people know you and your team are the ones to go to if they find themselves in need of a Realtor.

Peggy, you are a joy to know both professionally and personally.

I just rented a home in the area with the assistance from Kevin Dodds, and wanted to let you know the service I received was exceptional. He was professional, responded in a timely manner, and negotiated the terms very well. I felt supported and will recommend his service to others. You have a great team!

We would like to thank Brenda from the Peggy Hill Team for making our selling and buying experience smooth. Her experience and knowledge made this process easier for our family. She has helped us find our perfect home. This is my 3rd time using The Peggy Team. I have always been happy and thankful in the end. I would highly recommend The Peggy Hill Team. Thank you Brenda for everything you have done for Chris and I. You are truly the best.

Jeff Hoyles, from the Peggy Hill Team was amazing. He went above and beyond in helping me to purchase my first home.

Darren Johnson has always been a great source of information and help, would refer him anytime!

June Belanger was knowledgeable and professional. She made our buying experience an enjoyable one. We will definitely recommend the Peggy Hill Team to anyone who asks!

I sold with Peggy Hill & Peggy is the best Realtor I’ve worked with. No joke; she’s real, to the point, no run-arounds, & she puts her clients first. She has up to date technology that lets me have my own “secretary”. Peggy’s team (which seems more like family) forwards responses, and I actually GET feedback. She also sends in her FREE house-stager, who is amazing. She let me know tips to get the house looking better.. like what paint colours to use, about wallpaper.. stuff that I wouldn’t have guessed. When I wasn’t satisfied with my last agent, I re-listed with Peggy (which I should have done in the first place!), even another AGENT sent me feedback too saying ‘I can’t believe this was the same house I showed last month to a different client’. Peggy’s sign and a SOLD sign just belong together. It’s my new slogan to anyone who asks!

Dealing with Abbey McIntyre was great. She was super helpful in answering all our questions and concerns being first time home buyers. She made the process less stressful. I would highly recommend the Peggy Hill Team to anyone buying a home.
