I require a lot of detail and communication. Derrick was patient, responsive he was the voice of reason from start to finish. Feedback is crucial after a showing as well as follow up with the other agents you can count on that with Derrick. Step 1 Be priced right and create a strong on line listing presence. Derrick nailed that our video, photos, layout and description was top notch. The Brochures were of the highest quality. Step 2 follow up after showings. Derrick nailed that. Answer your phone and texts, be available. Derrick nailed that. Step 3 when the offer comes is your agent willing to pull out all the stops and dig in to close the deal?
