I honestly can’t say enough great things about Sohrab Milani and the Peggy Hill team. We completely renovated our old house which ended up being a longer process than we had originally thought. Not only was Sohrab incredibly patient and understanding every time we pushed back the listing date, but he helped as much as he could. Sohrab went above and beyond what anyone would expect from their realtor. By the end of it all he managed to get us $40,000 over asking after being on the market for only 4 days. So with the $30,000 he managed to get off the price of the new house we bought, we’re up $70,000. While some realtors claim to be full out for you, with Sohrab Milani and the Peggy Hill team they are all in. We can’t thank you enough Sohrab!

I reached out to the Peggy Hill Team because we needed a house ASAP and our search ourselves was just not cutting it. The emails ended up in my spam folder, but Kaitlyn made sure to keep trying to contact me! After I found her emails, she was quick to respond- in under an hour which was perfect. Within 48 hours of working with the Peggy Hill team, and Kaitlyn, we found our home! What I liked the most was the quick response, the kindness, the flexibility to have done a virtual tour, and Kaitlyn was able to come to me to pick up my first/last deposit as I explained our lack of vehicle which was no problem with her. Other realtors unfortunately either didn’t end up responding to us, were too slow because they were uninterested (☹️), or straight up just said they didn’t want to work with us due to x,y and z which was saddening but I was never turned away at all from Kaitlyn. I can’t even come to words with how well we were treated with Peggy Hill brokerage. First of all our agent Anna Lewandowska was among the best I have seen.
