Mr. Todd Piirto !! What an agent! We bought our house in the Simcoe area through the Peggy Hill Team and ever so gratefully through Todd Piirto. During this crazy housing market we found an agent with another office that we thought, (at that moment) would be a great fit. We called a number of agencies to request an appraisal of our rental property. We were only in Barrie for a few hours so response time was really important to us. A message was left with 2 firms before speaking with reception at the Peggy Hill Team. They said they would have an agent contact us asap.
