This really is a 3 year long dream – come true! Please now allow me to give proper credit and appreciation to the literal light at the end our tunnel  – Mr. Derrick Vogel. We knew Derrick through his wife, who works with Cory, but not in a realtor capacity until more recently. And we are so thankful he reached out to us when he did. And I don’t just mean writing up an offer, I mean communicating with the other realtor putting in a good word for us and really making it happen. The way he presents himself and puts his client’s best case forward is truly remarkable.  We were shocked and beyond thrilled when we received the call they accepted our offer and we knew we had Derrick to thank! He walked us through every step of getting our home ready for photos, staging, listing and showings. We took on a few last minute projects to get the house ready and once again Derrick went leaps and bounds over his job description and actually helped us with a few projects. The time and energy that he gave us in invaluable and the touch up projects that he guided us through hands on, is what we believe allowed us to not only sell quicker than we hoped but for a significant amount more than we ever planned on.  We are truly still in shock. Derrick has been so much more than a realtor to us over the past few months. He has been a smiling face, always there with a joke, always there with reassurance when the anxiety was overwhelming and brought his unmatched knowledge and expertise to the table. Sherry Findlay made our home selling process easy and smooth. The first time we contacted the Peggy Hill Team, Sherry came out to do our home evaluation.  She provided a comprehensive explanation of the process from the start to the finish. Her friendly demeanour and great knowledge left us with a good impression.  In the beginning, we were not sure when we would be ready to sell.  Sherry always kept in contact letting us know she was readily available without ever being pushy. Sherry always answered all of our questions promptly and professionally and kept us informed right through the whole process from evaluation to sold.
