We recently posted my Mom’s home with the Peggy Hill team in Barrie. We received great advice from the agent as to a listing price. The house sold in only two days and we received almost 97% of the asking price that was suggested. We were extremely happy with the services provided including virtual staging and photography. The agent June Belanger was very easy to work with, replied to our questions promptly and kept in touch with us through out the process. We would definitely recommend June and the Peggy Hill team and would use them again if the need arises.

Our experience finding an apartment in Barrie through Jonathan Fieldhouse was wonderful! On or about March 25th 2022 my wife and I were looking for a real estate agent to sell our house in Barrie, Ontario. My wife and I had been looking at properties online from the east coast. We had sent emails out to numerous realtors with not a response. Then I sent an email to the Peggy Hill team which I responded to within 24 hours. The agent then referred me to Hayden McKenzie who responded to us literally within an Hour of the referral at 9 pm at night. We have been using Hayden’s service to find a house to buy for the last several months. He has called on a regular basis to check on our hunt and try to narrow down the search. We have had a recent opportunity to travel to the area for a job and had the chance to meet Hayden and view properties with him and what a pleasant experience he made it. We have also had to decide to rent now which Hayden has set up rental viewing all over a couple of days for us with no warning. He spent his time and energy on us and dealing with his other duties, which he was very busy doing, and always made us feel like we were his only clients. On the last couple of days there he did find us a rental and had to have a leasing agent from Peggy Hill’s team wrap everything up for us. The referral was just as kind, generous and helpful as Hayden. Priscilla Guerrero Monterrosa Was fabulous and had everything wrapped up and signed up on a Saturday and Sunday with the other agency. All I can say is WOW, Great job and many many thanks for all the hard work in getting this done in a fast fashion. Hayden McKenzie has to be one of the hardest working agents We have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. We have had many agents over the years but none of them could hold a candle to Hayden.
