We happened to list our house at a time when the market was particularly challenging, and despite this, we had a wonderful experience with Peggy’s team. From the moment we met our agent (Sherry), she treated us with kindness, understanding, and we truly knew that she had our best interests in mind. She was also accommodating and patient with us while being strong and firm on our behalf. She followed up with agents after every single showing (and was able to provide detailed and helpful feedback and comments after phone calls), she also vetted buyers before they booked showings or reached out to booking agents to ensure they had all of the details about the house before booking (which we appreciated so much with three children and a dog and all of the work that goes into preparing a house for showing). Sherry went above and beyond at every opportunity and got us a great and fair deal on our house that we are so happy with.

Laura Slater from the Peggy Hill Team was absolutely amazing to work with when selling our townhome! She is friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, efficient, and professional!

We signed with her on Monday evening. On Tuesday morning, we had the stager Corinna in and she was lovely ! Then Tuesday afternoon was photos including drone aerial photos as well as a virtual video of our townhome. We went live on Friday with two weekend open houses scheduled. We had 3 showings, one open house with 7 groups through and went into multiple offers on Saturday evening. We signed a firm offer on Sunday morning and couldn’t be happier.
