Matt Morrison and the Peggy Hill team were honest, empathic and provided outstanding customer service with the nightmare listing for me and the Peggy Hill team. I was selling a mobile home just outside Barrie listed at $215,000. The treatment and respect I received from the Matt and the Peggy Hill team was like I was selling a million-dollar home. The tenant evicted from the home caused massive damage that I could not repair. Matt was respectful when speaking about the home, its condition and list price. The evicted tenant continued to cause damage to the home, lock box and interfered with open houses by approaching potential buyers and lying about the property. The police and lawyers were involved. I do not live in Barrie so Matt helped out with various home issues caused by the evicted tenant. Matt stayed positive, was extremely patient and respectful through the nightmare of dealing with the evicted tenant while trying to sell the mobile home. Matt was confident he would find the right buyer, which he did. I highly recommend Matt Morrison and the Peggy Hill team. The words “customer service” do not describe the outstanding dedication that Matt provided as he dealt with various roadblocks from the evicted tenant while trying to sell the home. Matt was open to suggestions on sale strategies and never pressured me to reduce the price. I wasn’t sure how this process would go,  knowing that my parents were in their early 70’s and my dad was dealing with multiple health issues and ended up twice in a hospital leaving my mom to deal with most things on her own.  I can say I was truly worried about their situation ……and then came Tanya……From the first meeting, Tanya took her time to talk and to listen to my parents.  She was patient and understanding.  She provided advice but never pressured them to make a particular decision.  She was simpatetic to their situation and offered solutions and strategies when initially their house wasn’t getting the showings they were hoping to have.  Her final strategy was aggressive and my parents decided to go with it and immediately saw a change in showings and interest from buyers and their agents.  They had a very short time to sell and Tanya delivered and she delivered great results in a very difficult market.  She was able to arrange for showings with my parent’s health issues in mind and always made sure that they were on board.  She reassured them when they were stressed, she offered solutions, and was very compassionate.  Her patience and understanding were inspirational to me as I sometimes had difficulty dealing with the situation.  Tanya on the other hand had always time and a smile and good words for my parents.  She joked with my dad and offered a hug to my mom when she was truly stressed.  Tanya truly went above and beyond her job as she even made calls to utility companies to help my parents.   She was the best agent I ever came across and a true angel.  I can not thank her enough for not only getting the best deal for my parents but also being there for them through this process.  I would definitely recommend Tanya Welsh from  Peggy Hill Group Realty to anyone that is looking to sell or buy.  Thank you Tanya for your hard work, thanks for your understanding and compassion.  You have an amazing way with people and your kindness and understanding of business and market truly shows.  Peggy, you got one amazing agent in Tanya that’s for sure!!!!!
