My name is Ania and I sold my condo apartment at the end of July ,2024 in Wasaga Beach with  the assistance of your team member Derrick Vogel. Through the entire  process Derrick continuously displayed  superior work. He not only demonstrated   a very high level of knowledge  but was also extremely  professional ,supportive  and caring .Derrick did so much more than his duty  by decorating my unit for better presentation, sweeping my floors before showings  and arranging  storage  for my  furniture. As a result my unit was visually larger and more appealing .Derrick continuously kept contact with me and provided great support during a difficult byers market.   It took two years to sell my condo including two offers that fell through.  However, Derrick always persevered with  patience and a positive disposition, which improved my morale. We’ve been in Peggy’s stratosphere for an exceedingly long time, even before she was a realtor we worked at another store in the mall when she worked in the Kozlov Mall (not giving away any more details here!)… Waaay back in 2009, Peggy provided 24/7 support to us through a very difficult double transaction, she was **never** unavailable, I don’t even think she slept! We approached her for a home she had for sale and she was so amazing to work with we ended up asking her to list our home as well. Our home was a breeze but the buyer and property were very complicated…I doubt we would have made it happen without her. Then in 2015, we were looking for an investment property…a starter home was available, it really didn’t look like much but she said “trust me, buy this and you won’t regret it”. Now…the property management life is not for me, but we did make money doing it. The incredible part was how the home itself outperformed any other type of investment I could have made. 9 years later it nearly tripled in value, just ridiculous – but we trusted her and look at how that worked out. Fast forward to today and we continued to work with Alysha who listed our investment property for us. She is an absolutely stellar person to have on your side. I’ve coined her as our Real Estate “Guardian”. She does not let anything slip past her and fought like hell for us…all the while practically bursting with positive energy and a deep knowledge of managing the entire process. Our current home sold recently in only 4 weeks and it is not in the entry level market at all, plus it’s in a rural area. I was ready to accept that we likely wouldn’t be able to move until 2025 because we’re moving too far to do it in the winter…totally wrong. Peggy Hill’s team, led by Alysha got us 4 offers in 4 weeks (ultimately a multiple offer situation) and we are exceptionally happy with the outcome.
