I am writing this letter in appreciation of the service provided to me by Ms. Peggy Hill when she assisted my family to sell my home. My sister-in-law and I had unsuccessfully tried to sell our parents home with the assistance of a different agent. Then I contacted Ms. Peggy Hill and asked her to help us.

Within a couple of days she met with us, drafted the listing agreement and obtained our signatures. Seven days later a really attractive picture and description of the property were included in the real estate listings section of our local newspaper. Shortly after that the tour for real estate agents took place.

Seven weeks after I first contacted Ms. Peggy Hill, I collected a cheque for my share of the proceeds of the sale from the lawyer’s office. The results obtained by Ms. Peggy Hill far exceeded my most optimistic expectations. And, she was always good natured (even if we weren’t), patient, supportive, and totally professional. I would recommend her services without reservation to anyone who might be trying to sell residential real estate. I will always be grateful to her for the superb service she provided to me and my sister-in-law.
