My best house purchase experience.. EVER! Tanya Yahnke and the entire Peggy Hill team were outstanding at every step of the transaction. The situation was competitive and a bit complex.. and it was my dream home!.. so I needed my questions answered quickly to put forward my best offer without doubt or hesitation. Tanya and her associates were outstanding in this regard – no matter if it was early morning or late evening. After my purchase became firm (when a lot of other firms drop you), they surprised and delighted me with a host of other informational services to make my move smooth and seamless. In the course of buying and selling seven homes over the past 32 years, this was by far my best experience. It’s clear that they are a well organized, professional brokerage and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home.
