I would like to refer the real estate agent Jim Ruddy to everyone and anyone who will listen. He is phenomenal!! My husband and myself were looking for a house for over a year we are very picky and are not quick to make a decision. This was our first home so we were taking our time to find just the right one. Jim was patient and kind throughout the whole process. Always setting up showings and getting answers to our questions as quickly as we could come up with them. It was actually because of Jim that we found our forever home. We were very stressed towards the end of our journey and wanted to give up on looking because everything we ended up liking sold within the day so we put it in his hands to find something with all the things we were looking for that could work for our family. He did just that we looked at the house and made an offer that same day! It’s perfect and so is he! If your looking for a realtor Jim Ruddy is your guy! 10/10
