I am very pleased with the service that Karen provided while selling my home. The circumstances and conditions in place for her to sell my home were not easy but she prevailed and got the job done. Karen lent herself many weekends to perform open houses which brought in lots of perspective buyers, not to mention the actual purchaser of my home. Karen also provided helpful aesthetic tips for getting my home in proper selling condition which I am sure attributed to the sale. Overall Karen’s service was excellent and everyone at Peggy Hill did a great job on a difficult sale.
