Peggy and her team did an incredible job in the listing and selling of our home. When we listed our home, there was a lot of inventory on the market and were concerned about getting a fair price for our home. Peggy helped us establish a price that we were comfortable with and marketed our home first by bringing in a home stager and then using Facebook, Newspaper, Buyer booklets, professional photography, open houses and a video tour. Even with a slow market Peggy kept advertising and promoting our house throughout the entire time we were listed.
