Still Supporting Us
We were given contact to the Peggy Hill Team through my brother who is a realtor in the Oshawa area. We have become empty nesters and decided it was time to down-size and get ready for our retirement home in the country. Skye Woolston was our go-to person assigned to us through the Peggy Hill Team contact. She picked up immediately on our wants and needs and was showing us properties that were in our wheelhouse. We learned quickly that the market is very fast paced and you need to move sooner rather than later. Skye was very instrumental in helping us finally find our new home. She sent us the listing for our new home via email with the subject title “I think this is you guys ” and it turned out she was right. We were the first people to see the house and immediately put in the offer. To our surprise there was also another offer from another couple who saw the house after us. In the end we secured our new home in the country and cannot wait to take ownership. We held off selling our existing home of 16 years until after we found our new home. The Peggy Hill Team provided all the tools to set up our house from the staging through to the marketing. Our house went on the market on a Wednesday afternoon and by Thursday morning we already had 2 offers and now have a SOLD sign on our front lawn. Even after all is said and done the Peggy Hill Team is still supporting us with the closing of our home to the move into our new home. They went so far as to offer us boxes, labels, tape and markers to pack up for our move, what a great service we would never have thought to exist!
