My Experience was full of anxiety, trepidation, fear, and uncertainty selling my house. However Todd eased much of these feelings with his positive and professional attitude. His service was 10 out of 10. He went above and beyond my expectations. Todd and especially Todd and the Peggy Hill Team, is the only reason I am moving out of my house this Jan 18. If I had chose another of the realtors I interviewed I know for certain that my for sale sign would still be on my front lawn buried in snow. I have made a friend in Todd and have a great deal of respect for him and how he dealt with a few challenging events while the home was for sale and at closing time. I have friends and family from Bradford to Penetang and all of them I will refer to Todd and the Peggy Hill Team when it is either time for them to buy or sell. 100% satisfaction.
