We had dealt directly with Peggy Hill in the past as well as Donna and Doug. This time it was Kim and it was a pleasure meeting her for the first time. Peggy put us in contact with Kim within minutes of letting her know we were interested in buying a house.
Kim had us viewing houses the next day and through the weekend, and within a week we had purchased a rental property. Kim was professional, knowledgeable and fun to work with. I would recommend her in a “heart beat”.
We also requested a “quick” appraisal on our home so Kim contacted Terry – who came over within a few hours. She again was honest in her feedback and helped us with our decision on buying and selling. Dealing with Kim during this experience and Terry was like visiting with your “sisters”: easy and relaxing (with a little home buying pressure layered in) after all they were working and we were on a mission :).
