Brenda had touched base with us the year before on and off until we decided when we were going to sell. We felt comfortable with Brenda! Brenda heard our worries about parts of the house that needed attention and that we couldn’t afford the money to fix. Brenda, our agent from the Peggy Hill Team had contacts for all the different jobs that needed to be fixed or dress up the house. She offered to front the expenses for all this work and upgrades to be repaid on closing of the house! The Peggy Hill Team showed us how to stage the house. Took pictures inside & out, then presented the pictures on MLS & various media sites before going up for sale, to let the public know it was coming soon. The Peggy Hill Team held two open houses Saturday & Sunday to help bring interest. Throughout the whole process we were kept up to date with what was going to transpire and feedback from the showings. The house sold quickly & we received a very good price, more than what we expected! The Peggy Hill Team took control and directed everything from start to finish with a great ending.
