About Kim
Before entering real estate, Kim spent more than 15 years working in administrative law, where she developed a sharp attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to navigate complex situations with confidence. Today, she brings that experience to every real estate transaction, helping buyers and sellers make informed decisions and feel well represented from start to finish.
Kim works across the residential market, with a focus that includes luxury, executive and distinctive homes in Barrie and Simcoe County. She understands that higher-end properties often require a more thoughtful approach to pricing, presentation, marketing and positioning, and works closely with sellers to create a strategy that reflects what makes their home unique.
Kim also works extensively with Gen X and Baby Boomer clients navigating downsizing, the sale of a long-time family home, or helping aging parents prepare for a move and sell their home. She understands the family dynamics and practical challenges that can accompany these transitions and provides patient, sensitive and practical guidance to make the process more manageable.
