About Jim

Jim chose to make the move to The Peggy Hill Team knowing that the team’s support and encouragement will allow him to service his clients with even more care.

Understanding the importance of family, be it at work or at home, is one of the reasons Jim continues to find success. However, it’s the sense of pressure that gets him feeling that competitive edge and Jim thrives in the negotiation process.

Outside of Real Estate

Jim is a man of many talents and when he gets a moment to himself, he can be found playing the guitar, drums and piano. In the summer, he’s often found fishing and in the winter, he’s known for tearing it up on his snowmobile.

Having spent most of his life in Barrie, Jim is one of the first people who will speak to the beauty and adventure Simcoe County has to offer.

Some of his favourite local spots are anywhere his children are, but also on the waterfront and forested trails where he can escape the hustle for a brief moment and reconnect with nature, his family and himself.
