Jessica has a particular passion for working with first-time home buyers and understands how overwhelming the process can feel when everything is new. She takes a hands-on, supportive approach, making sure her clients feel informed, prepared, and never rushed.

Whether she’s helping buyers navigate their first purchase, assisting with leases, or supporting second- and third-time movers, her focus remains on creating a smooth experience rooted in trust and kindness. Before becoming licensed, Jessica worked behind the scenes in real estate offices in administrative and assistant roles.

That early experience gave her a strong understanding of how transactions come together from start to finish and continues to shape the thoughtful, organized way she supports her clients today. As a member of The Peggy Hill Team, she values the collaborative culture and long-standing relationships that reflect a team built on doing things the right way.

Based in Stayner, Jessica works throughout Simcoe County and is especially familiar with the Barrie area, Collingwood, and Wasaga Beach. She loves the mix of community, lifestyle, and hidden gems the region has to offer.

Outside of Real Estate

Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, hosting family dinners, watching football on Sundays, discovering new restaurants, and making the most of summer at the beach. She is also a member of the Clearview Chamber of Commerce and enjoys giving back to her community whenever she can. Guided by the belief that kindness is never wasted, Jessica approaches both life and real estate with loyalty, determination, and a genuine desire to help people feel at home.
