Elise’s background includes more than 25 years in high-level negotiations, customer service, planning, and brand development. These experiences gave her a solid foundation that now elevates the service she provides to her real estate clients.

Elise has also bought and sold homes throughout Simcoe County since she was 19, giving her firsthand insight into local neighbourhoods, builders, and market trends.

Elise loves being part of the Peggy Hill Team and appreciates the supportive, collaborative environment and the fun, family-like dynamic the team is known for. She enjoys working alongside people who lead with integrity and bring years of combined experience to their clients.

With her marketing expertise, strong communication skills, and deep familiarity with the local area, Elise is committed to helping her clients feel supported, informed, and confident as they take the next step in their journey.

Outside of Real Estate

Elise enjoys spending time with friends and family, practising yoga, and living a simple, meaningful lifestyle. She adores her boxer, Luna, and considers raising her son her most significant personal achievement. Professionally, she is proud of the magazine brands she built over the years, many of which highlighted community businesses, charitable organizations, and the people who shape Simcoe County.
