About Courtney

Courtney graduated from Queens University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, where she studied health and business. Courtney is a Certified Negotiation Expert which helps her better serve her clients. She spent a few years expanding her horizons while travelling and a number of years in Management and Retail before discovering her calling for a career in Real Estate.

Courtney took the time to perfect her understanding of the industry and our clients’ needs by working in our Inside Sales Department. This experience gave her an in-depth understanding of her client’s needs and the ins and outs of the buying and selling process from start to finish.

Her energetic and friendly personality together with her confident, positive attitude helps her clients feel at ease through every step of their Real Estate journey. Her clients know they can count on her to guide them successfully to a stress-free purchase or sale.

Courtney’s passion for connecting with people, and helping them achieve their Real Estate goals is what drives her.

Outside of Real Estate

Courtney enjoys a variety of hobbies and activities. She has a passion for travelling the globe and hopes to one day hike to the base camp of Annapurna Nepal and complete a self-driven safari in Africa! She also loves spending time at her cottage on the water, watching any type of movie and kicking back with a good book by the fireside.

Originally from Toronto, Courtney has found that living in Barrie has given her the best of both worlds. Not only does she have access to the beautiful waterfront and connected community, she’s also situated right in-between Toronto and Cottage Country allowing her to take advantage of both city life and cottage life depending on the day. Being close to family and friends doesn’t hurt either!
