Born and raised in Toronto, Allie recently made the move to Simcoe County and quickly fell in love with the community, the people, and the balance of nature and convenience. Whether her clients are moving north, already local, or leaving the city for their next chapter, she is excited to help them find their #HomeToStay.
With 15 years of experience in people-focused roles and running her own upcycled clothing and home décor business, Allie brings hard work, creativity, attention to detail, and a strong understanding that every client’s needs are unique. She especially enjoys working with young families putting down roots, empty nesters ready to simplify, and anyone looking for a home that feels like them.
What drew Allie to The Peggy Hill Team was the heart behind the brand: honest service, lasting relationships, and a team that truly cares about people. Outside of real estate, Allie enjoys hiking with her dogs, Zelda and Charlie, sewing, thrifting, cooking, concerts, crime documentaries, and hunting for the perfect veggie burger.
