Q: What inspired you to start your own Real Estate team?
A: With a team of specialized people, we are able to help people more! We are stronger together than we are singularly. A group of people together, you cannot beat it!
Q: How do you balance your personal life with work?
A: Well, that’s a tricky question. I probably don’t have a larger personal life because I dedicate so much time to real estate. I love real estate so much!
Q: What’s your favourite part about being a Realtor?
A: The people. Real Estate is about people, not housing.
Q: What’s your favourite ice cream flavour?
A: Vanilla
Q: What’s the first thing you do when you wake up in the morning?
A: Check my phone.
Q: What’s your favourite movie?
A: Rocky
Q: What was the most difficult decision you had to make while becoming a CEO and Realtor?
A: Sacrifice. There were times when I would have to sacrifice my personal life to get to this level in my career.
Q: Looking back, which challenges are you the proudest of overcoming?
A: Fear because a lot of the time what we do involves taking risks, there is a lot of fear behind it! When you take big risks the rewards can be huge, but there is always a chance you could fail!
Q: What’s your favourite type of music?
A: I like whatever my sister tells me to listen to! Anything popular on the radio I usually like.
Q: What’s your favourite destination for vacation?
A: Mexico
Q: Do you prefer Beer or Wine?
A: Red wine is my absolute favourite
Q: What the craziest experience you witnessed at a showing?
A: Well I perhaps walked in on some people that were busy doing some things that I probably shouldn’t have been a witness to, however there I was!
Q: What would you say is the best kitchen feature someone could have?
A: You know what I love a Pantry! Its an essential.
Q: What are the first thing buyers usually notice about a house?
A: Well they will usually start by asking how much the property is and how long it has been listed.
Q: What are 3 Words you can use to describe Barrie?
A: Community, A great place to raise children, and a beautiful waterfront
Q: Leafs or Canadians?
A: Leafs, without a doubt!
Q: What was your first job?
A: My very first job was working at Country Style Dounts, my parents owned it. I would work there almost every day after school whether I liked it or not!
Q: What’s the app that you use the most on your phone?
A: Gmail… well actually Candy Crush!
Q: What excites you most these days about real estate?
A: I still get very excited about doing deals!
Q: What’s the most rewarding part of your job ?
A: Helping people! Helping people to move on to a different part of there life and in alot of cases become wealthier. We are more like advisors then we are anything else, that part I still love a lot

A: 90 Day Fiancé
Q: What are your top 3 Favourite restaurants in Barrie?
A: Bayside Variety, Urban Dish and The Farmhouse
Q: Do you have any pets?
A: I have two cats. I have never had cats prior to this but when I go in I go big! So I have two now.

A: I Will Survive
Q: What would you say to the people looking to buy right now?
A: Beg, borrow, or steal to get into this market. I don’t know how you are going to get in, but now is the time to get into this market.
