Sohrab is a Sales Representative with The Peggy Hill Team. He studied Civil Engineering at Seneca College, but soon found that his passion was in real estate. Sohrab has worked extensively with first time home buyers and patiently walks them through the exciting process of purchasing their first home. Before Sohrab started his career in real estate, his background was in construction, renovating and remodeling houses. With his educational background in civil engineering technology, and previous experience in construction, Sohrab is able to have better visual analysis of properties. This expertise has been very beneficial for his clients and has resulted in him helping clients make better informed decisions and prevent some otherwise unforeseeable troubles and costs. Outside of work Sohrab enjoys spending time with his family, going on road trips, biking and playing soccer with his son. I honestly can’t say enough great things about Sohrab Milani and the Peggy Hill team. We completely renovated our old house which ended up being a longer process than we had originally thought. Not only was Sohrab incredibly patient and understanding every time we pushed back the listing date, but he helped as much as he could. Sohrab went above and beyond what anyone would expect from their realtor. By the end of it all he managed to get us $40,000 over asking after being on the market for only 4 days. So with the $30,000 he managed to get off the price of the new house we bought, we’re up $70,000. I was very pleased with the service I received during this process of having to sell my house that I have lived for 37 years and then to find a new house which was a daunting task and Sohrab was very polite, professional and was there any time that I called him and was very helpful.
