With a background in Civil Engineering studies, Sohrab initially pursued real estate as a side hustle but quickly realized it was his true calling. By 2017, he made the leap to full-time real estate, and he hasn’t looked back since.

I honestly can’t say enough great things about Sohrab Milani and the Peggy Hill team. We completely renovated our old house which ended up being a longer process than we had originally thought. Not only was Sohrab incredibly patient and understanding every time we pushed back the listing date, but he helped as much as he could. Sohrab went above and beyond what anyone would expect from their realtor. By the end of it all he managed to get us $40,000 over asking after being on the market for only 4 days. So with the $30,000 he managed to get off the price of the new house we bought, we’re up $70,000. I was very pleased with the service I received during this process of having to sell my house that I have lived for 37 years and then to find a new house which was a daunting task and Sohrab was very polite, professional and was there any time that I called him and was very helpful.
