As the Broker of Record for the Peggy Hill Team, Matt Morrison is known for his steady guidance, analytical mindset, and the supportive approach he brings to every client and team interaction.

Outside of real estate, Matt is happiest spending time with his partner Ana and their three daughters, Violet, River, and Calla. Adventure travel has always been an essential part of Matt’s life, taking him to many remarkable places around the world. In countries such as South Sudan, Cameroon, Sri Lanka, Nicaragua, Tibet, and Nepal, he has not only explored new places but also volunteered with NGOs supporting local initiatives. He enjoys the outdoors, including hiking, running, snowshoeing, and early efforts at snowboarding. Recently, with Ana’s encouragement, he has also discovered yoga and pilates and is enjoying the challenge.

Before beginning his real estate career, Matt studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of Windsor and later completed courses in International Development at the University of British Columbia. The first fifteen years of his professional life were spent working in high tech and telecommunications with Bell Canada, volunteering with Enterprise Ireland’s Wireless Advisory Board, mentoring start-ups, and launching a few ventures of his own. This background gives him a strong technical foundation and a business minded perspective that provide stability and reassurance in what can often feel like an emotional process for clients.

Matt is highly analytical and a strong problem solver. His role as Broker of Record helps him anticipate potential challenges before they arise and resolve issues with clarity and efficiency when they do. Given the size of the team and the number of transactions handled each year, he is highly experienced at navigating a wide range of situations. He also has a strong interest in farm and acreage properties and enjoys helping clients explore the opportunities these unique settings provide. Among his proudest accomplishments is the charitable project he helped build with his brother in Cameroon, a literacy and numeracy program for women that later partnered with International Children’s Awareness and contributed to children’s education in Cameroon, including a side mission in South Sudan supporting Obakki’s water program.
