Laura-Lea’s connection to the Peggy Hill Team feels like a natural evolution. She and her husband, Derrick, previously operated a home inspection company and worked closely with the team for several years, building strong relationships and mutual trust along the way. When Derrick officially joined the team in 2021, it reinforced what Laura-Lea already felt: that this was a group grounded in collaboration, integrity, and genuine care. I admire people who are willing to go the distance and do the work behind the scenes. From stay-at-home parents to servers, entrepreneurs, and professional athletes, I respect the dedication and determination it takes to master your craft and push through when challenges arise.

What is one feature your dream #HomeToStay would include?
A waterfront cottage surrounded by trees, where I can hear the water, sip tea, and challenge Derrick to a game of cribbage.

How do you like to spend your free time?
Spending time with family, playing ball in multiple slo-pitch leagues, running, doing pilates, playing games, and hanging out with my dog, Koda.

I’m an audiobook enthusiast! My faves include The Code of the Extraordinary Mind by Vishen Lakhiani, Kitchen Confidential by Anthony Bourdain, and A Thousand Splendid Suns by Khaled Hosseini. Top movies: The Princess Bride, Top Gun, and A League of Their Own. My pump-up song is the Top Gun anthem.
