Is their a time when a person/ and or company, gives such good service that the only rating you can give is 5*? Yes, in the case when dealing with Peggy Hill’s Team and Sales Agents. The company exemplifies professionalism from the minute you enter their office. Modern, tidy, organized and a happy greeting. Technology is used in their internet program, where everything that has taken place, emails, documents and showings, are all in one program. User friendly and excellent information. The Real Estate Agent assigned to us, was Derrick Vogel. If from the point of entering their office demonstrates competence, then from the point of meeting Derrick showed qualifications and commitment. Due to an injury, Derrick helped us with some repairs/instalment. This was on his time and nickel. What displayed above all, was his promise given and promise kept. If he said that he would phone, he called. If he said that he would check something, it was done and answer given. At times juggling different offers, we were kept in the loop through the whole process. His knowledge and
experience was contributed to us in all conversations that we had but he always emphasized that he worked for us and at last, it was our decision. The office staff who I unfortunately don’t know, put out the reports and stats on time with friendly emails accompanying them. They did a great job and Thank You. I very rarely put a comment or reference and it is even more scarce when a 5* is given but in this case, anything less would be unfair to the company and to Derrick. This really is a 3 year long dream – come true! Please now allow me to give proper credit and appreciation to the literal light at the end our tunnel  – Mr. Derrick Vogel. We knew Derrick through his wife, who works with Cory, but not in a realtor capacity until more recently. And we are so thankful he reached out to us when he did. We would like to express our appreciation for the Real Estate Agent named Derrick Vogel.  Not only a licensed agent but also a home inspector as well. We can’t begin to tell you how invaluable that has been to us as we were looking at properties. Derrick always had our best interests at heart. We have experience at building and home repairs. However not to the extent that Derrick displayed time and time again in a dignified manner.  Always friendly,  positive and not once did we ever find him pushy. He allowed us time to reflect on what was presented. After every viewing Derrick pointed out pros and cons as well as ideas we hadn’t considered.  We figured we would install a light in our bedroom. After opening up the light we discovered a few too many wires and began to sweat (we had a showing of our house next morning) . Ever get an electrician on short notice? Derrick was over to help us take a few bulky items to the dump, as my trailer was full of wood. He sensing something was wrong with the light and  promptly stepped in expertly wired it and took our large items to the Tiffin Transfer Station. Above and Beyond ?? Yes but he does what he sees as helping smooth out a process which is already fraught with stress and worry.  We have recommended him to a few of our neighbors who have informed me that they too are thinking of moving, as well as people that I come in contact with that express their wish to move as well.  In closing Peggy, we would like to state Mr. Vogel is an honorable man and a wonderful human being.
