In February 2024, I contacted Caitlin about selling my mother’s home. From the beginning, Caitlin showed true professionalism; while providing compassion and understanding through a difficult challenge. My mother lived alone, and shared the home with my father before he passed away. For my mom, it was going to be an overwhelming experience. Caitlin took great care to explain every step of the process to my mom. How to prepare the home for showing, taking care of utilities, contacting the bank, etc. I lived out of town and tried to be the best liaison that I could be but life can be busy and I wasn’t always available. Thankfully, if my mom had a question or needed an explanation of the process, Caitlin was always there to help her. She would visit my mom, check in on how she was doing, and ease any worries my mom had about the sale. Caitlin prepared us for showing the house. She gave us advice, comprised detailed “to-do lists”, and helped us present everything in such an appealing way. Then, after one week on the market and only one weekend of showings, we were combing through offers! Caitlin sat us down and we went through all the proposals in great detail. We accepted more than we expected; my mom was relieved and thrilled! I am so glad we chose Caitlin. Her enthusiasm, knowledge, and personality really shine. She made a difficult process incredibly easy and we will forever be grateful for what she provided for us.

Over the last 6 months or so searching for our first home, Caitlin has restored my faith in realtors after past poor experiences with others. She is very knowledgable with the current market conditions and never felt any pressure to purchase something we didn’t like or wasnt within our budget. Caitlin helped me find a beautiful home with my 3 small children. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to work with. She is so professional and you can really tell she loves doing her job. She is so patient and kind, worked very hard and found us a place within a couple weeks, even though she is very busy, when you’re with her as a client-you truly feel like you’re her only one, if felt more personal working with her as she genuinely wanted to help me and my 3 children find a safe and beautiful home. Caitlin helped my husband and I find our first home this past summer and I couldn’t say enough about how amazing she made the process. We started looking for a house a year prior but due to the crazy market we backed off for a bit and never once did we feel any pressure by Caitlin during this time; she only cared about OUR best interest and how we can find a house in our budget at the right time. Because this was our first time buying a house, we had soo many questions and lots of phone calls and text messages (sorry Caitlin lol) and she replied back so quickly everytime answering all our questions! Never once left us hanging for a day to wonder. She even dropped off complimentary boxes and tape prior to moving day! We’re really happy with our experience with Caitlin and 100 percent will be contacting her when we decide to buy/sell in the future!
Caitlin helped me find the perfect condo in Toronto! I found the whole process very overwhelming and she simplified it significantly and actually made it enjoyable. Caitlin figured out what I liked, sent me the relevant listings and really helped me hone in on what was important to me and what was not. She then created a helpful and detailed chart for us to go over each listing, determine I could realistically afford and choose which ones we would see. We put an offer on the first place we saw (despite seeing five others) and got it for under asking!! Caitlin loves her job and is incredibly good at it.
