To say that it was an absolute pleasure dealing with Alysha Alcaide and the Peggy Hill Team would be a gross understatement! From our very first meeting with Alysha, we sensed that we were in very professional, capable and competent hands. She eased us into the selling experience after sensing that we were unsure of what to expect. Alysha at no time pressured us; in fact she simply stated that she was there to support us if we decided to go ahead with the sale, and if we decided not to, that was okay as well – she just hoped we would remember her when we felt we would be ready to begin the process. Her bright smile, cheery attitude and knowledge of the market made the decision an easy one. After deciding to list, we marvelled at the beautiful photos, the wonderfully worded listing, and the amazing support system that is the Peggy Hill Team. As one can imagine, we were very anxious booking showings during COVID, but once again Alysha and the team thought of every little thing – from a sign on the outside of the door informing anyone entering that masks were required, to a welcome table inside the foyer providing potential buyers and agents with masks, gloves and hand sanitizer. Alysha went through the house after showings and wiped everything down thoroughly with Lysol wipes, so that we, as owners, were able to feel safe and secure.
