Over Asking Price

As first time sellers we were feeling overwhelmed with the selling process. The Peggy Hill Team came highly referred to us and we made the decision to contact them. We are so glad that we did and will undoubtedly use them in the future! From the office staff, our stager – Alicia and our agent- Terry, we were thrilled with how knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant everyone was. We were very intimidated by the concept of having a stager and thought it unnecessary for an entry level town home like ours. When Alicia showed up at our home we had no idea what to expect. She was simply wonderful. She went through room by room making suggestions to improve our home. At no time did we feel like she was judging our style or home. She opened up our space immensely and made it look stunning! Everything we purchased for staging was something that could come along to our new home and practical. She welcomed pictures and answered questions even after she had left. Our advice to a first time seller is use a stager! The difference Alicia made to our home was incredible! There truly are no words to express how much we adored our agent Terry. From the moment we met her and she sat down to play superheroes with our 3 year old son we knew that she was a great match for our family! Terry guided us through the selling process, she was available to us whenever we needed her and left no question unanswered. Terry brought the perfect combination of experience, professionalism and fun to our selling experience. Our home had it’s first offer within hours of the photos being taken and sold firm in less than a week for over asking price. Terry said it perfectly – while we are so glad our home sold so quickly we were sad that our time together was so short! Without hesitation we would recommend the team to anyone!
