Colleen is passionate about supporting clients through the often overlooked mental load that can come with buying or selling. When the process feels overwhelming, she steps in with clear guidance, direct communication, and a hands-on approach that keeps the process clear and manageable. Clients appreciate how supported they feel and how confidently they’re able to make informed decisions from start to finish.

Before becoming an agent, Colleen worked behind the scenes in real estate in agent services and the deals department, giving her a strong understanding of how transactions come together from start to finish. She also brings years of experience in retail sales management and training, where she frequently stepped into underperforming locations to support teams, strengthen results, and stay on track with sales goals and budgets. As part of the Peggy Hill Team, Colleen values having like-minded agents to support one another and share resources with, creating a collaborative environment that benefits every client she serves.

Outside of real estate, Colleen loves starting the day with a good coffee and spending as much time as possible outdoors. Hiking, kayaking, and being in nature are how she recharges, and cooking is one of her favourite ways to slow down at home. She also loves creating meaningful memories with her daughters, who remain her greatest source of pride and motivation.
