About Linda
For more than two decades, Linda Kingston has guided clients through their real estate journeys with warmth, experience and genuine care. She is known for her calm, steady approach and for creating a supportive environment where clients feel heard and understood from the moment they meet her. Her work spans residential, recreational and investment real estate, and she brings thoughtful guidance and a heartfelt commitment to helping people move confidently into their next chapter.
Before becoming a REALTOR, Linda graduated from the Child and Youth Worker program at Centennial College and spent many years in hospitality. These experiences shaped her patience, empathy and her ability to support people through major life transitions, qualities that continue to define her work today.
Linda is also deeply committed to her community. She volunteers at the Busby Centre and other local organizations that support vulnerable residents, and in 2025, she was honoured as the Busby Centre Volunteer of the Year. Outside of real estate, she makes the most of everything the area offers, from beach walks in Wasaga and visits to local microbreweries to finding hiking trails with unforgettable views. Yoga is her therapy, and when she is not working or volunteering, she is usually planning her next travel adventure, a passion she happily admits she is more than a little addicted to.
Linda believes strongly in real estate as a path to stability and opportunity. She continues to expand her knowledge through professional development and takes pride in watching her children carry forward the same commitment to giving back.
