I honestly can’t say enough great things about Sohrab Milani and the Peggy Hill team. We completely renovated our old house which ended up being a longer process than we had originally thought. Not only was Sohrab incredibly patient and understanding every time we pushed back the listing date, but he helped as much as he could. Sohrab went above and beyond what anyone would expect from their realtor. By the end of it all he managed to get us $40,000 over asking after being on the market for only 4 days. So with the $30,000 he managed to get off the price of the new house we bought, we’re up $70,000.
