Kate told me how a professional photographer would come and take the pictures, since I was getting ready to post late in the year for spring sale, they had the photographs of my place done while it was still fall to see the landscaping and not just snow and more again when the listing was ready. Kate helped me stage my home so the pictures would show the house at it’s best. And wow, with what I was told to do, it really showed the house. Kate was always there for questions and advice on things to make showing go well. She would call as a friend to see how I was doing, make sure I know she had me in mind and was always looking for that one special buyer that would close my deal on the house. Kate was doing my house paperwork late evenings when deals came in and not just on office houses.
