Todd was very helpful and the Peggy Hill Team shared a nice app with us that helped with moving in: movesnap or something like that. Todd always returned our calls and went beyond what he needed to do, such as finding out the contact info for people that were going to fix the roof on behalf of the prior owner so that we could discuss the job with them. I recommend them to anyone.
